1    large egg  
1  cup  sugar  
0.5  cup  light brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Make the bread. 3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda. 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, egg, sugar, brown sugar and pumpkin puree. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix to combine. 6. Transfer the batter to a Copper Loaf Pan. 7.
