Copper Chef Grill
1. Preheat a Copper Grill over medium-high heat.
2. Grill the pita until toasted on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Spread hummus over the pita and top with the red onion, olives and feta.
4. Sprinkle with lemon zest and parsley, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
5. Serve
